Basic Principles

The Audit and Supervision Department of Duofu Group welcomes reports concerning any breaches of the company’s regulations, actions detrimental to the company’s interests, unethical behavior, unlawful activities, violations, infractions, fraud, and issues related to integrity within the Duofu Group's jurisdiction.

Reporting Scope

Duofu Group values whistleblowers and upholds a policy of respecting, rewarding, and safeguarding them. The Group encourages employees, external entities, and individuals to report any instances of illegal, disciplinary, regulatory, or fraudulent behavior by group members through various channels. We strongly encourage whistleblowers to use their real names when reporting, and reports with real names will be given priority.

1.Whistleblowers are required to present their reports objectively and truthfully, refraining from fabricating or distorting facts, and avoiding false accusations or attempts to harm others.

2.Whistleblowers should take responsibility for the evidence they provide, avoiding reliance on hearsay or unjust accusations.

3.Whistleblowers must adhere to national laws and regulations, ensuring they do not violate the legitimate rights and interests of others.
